The Choose OH team have recently completed the High Pike Wainwright walk at Caldbeck. This was another activity from our ‘Ten in Ten’ to celebrate ten years in business.
At the beginning of the walk it was dry. However, as we progressed there was rain, cloud and mist. This was all part of the fun and we carried on to the top (without being blown away)! The walk took us around 2.5 hours in total and was 5 miles. A few of us were getting quite competitive with the number of steps we had done on our FitBits! Once we were back down on the ground we had a well-earned pub meal together. It was a nice opportunity to spend some time out of the office together as a team enjoying our local area.
This was a great way to celebrate ten years in business, enjoying one of the many lovely walks that Cumbria has to offer. We are even thinking about arranging another team walk in the future, hopefully on a dry day where we can spend some more time enjoying the views.
