Yes. Looking after the health and well-being of our team members is important to us, and this duty of care includes continued professional and personal development. We encourage all our employees to keep their skills up to date, as well as learning new ones, and we provide training as and when required. Every member of our team has the opportunity to attend refresher courses and to participate in professional development workshops and events.

For the following roles, main responsibilities include:
Yes. Our client base covers all of Cumbria and you could be required to travel across Cumbria on a regular basis to deliver services. Occasionally, you may be required to travel further afield.
Yes. All necessary, work-related mileage should be recorded and employees are required to complete a mileage claim form. This is then authorised and reimbursed to you based on our current travel policy. For more information on this and other company policies, please contact our administration team.
